Train connection from Leipzig to Hanover. On my return journey from Leipzig to Hanover, I took the Intercity (IC). The train was on time, but a bit older, the doors opened sluggishly because they were not automatic. Unfortunately, there was no on-board bistro, the train was clean and the compartment was very quiet. Toilets were on board and worked. I could use sockets and wifi without any problems. I was able to book my ticket via the app without any problems and I could have made a seat reservation there. I travelled by train all the way to Hanover without changing trains. It was a quiet and beautiful journey.
Advantages
IconThe ticket is cheap
IconSeats can be booked cheaply
IconPunctual journey
The journey was great and everything went smoothly. There were no delays and we left on time. The train was old, but still clean and well maintained. It was already very full, but as I had booked the next seat, I was able to sit back and relax and had enough space. The ticket and the seats were really cheap, which I think is great, especially if you like travelling a lot. It's also worth it if the train is older or there are delays, which can also happen with alternative means of travel. This journey was great and I am happy to recommend it to others.
