There were no incidents on my journey from Lehrte to Hanover, which makes the journey overall a good one. There had been a pleasant noise level on the train and the cleanliness on the train and in the toilets was acceptable. When the tickets were checked, the staff made a friendly impression. Unfortunately, there was no vending machine for snacks on this train and little legroom in the 2nd class seats. Otherwise, there were no other deficiencies.
Advantages
IconStaff was friendly
IconCleanliness in the toilets and on the train okay
IconNo changeover necessary
Disadvantages
IconHigh capacity utilisation
IconDelay of 15 minutes
The train from Lehrte to Hanover was very full, which is why I couldn't get a seat and had to stand for half an hour. The train had been delayed by a total of 15 minutes. Just as well I didn't have to change trains. The cleanliness on the train was okay and the toilets were reasonably hygienic. The staff were friendly and carried out a quick ticket check. The train also had an internet connection and plenty of power sockets. As this was a suburban train, there was of course no snack machine. For me, this journey was not so good as there was no comfort.
