Some time ago, I travelled by ICE from Langenfeld (Rhineland) to Düsseldorf. The journey was very comfortable! The seats were comfortable and the noise level in the train was also very pleasant. The equipment (air conditioning and wifi) worked well. That surprised me in a positive way. Service could have been better.

The service on my ICE journey from Langenfeld to Düsseldorf 3 weeks ago was very good! The staff in the on-board bistro were very helpful! I was also pleasantly surprised by the price for this train journey! Very reasonable. Unfortunately, the equipment (air conditioning and wifi) was down for most of the journey. It was far too warm in the ICE. Comfort was also not really there due to the high volume and heat in the train.

My ICE journey of 2 weeks was unfortunately not very comfortable. The air conditioning unfortunately failed during the entire journey, which made it much too warm in the train. However, I am satisfied with the journey itself, I didn't have to change trains and there were no delays. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the train. Especially in the toilets.

The journey was quick and relatively inexpensive. The Deutsche Bahn service was very good even back then. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hygiene on the train is not always so good. The toilets are very unclean, which makes it impossible to use them. The internet on the routes was very poor at the time and kept breaking down. Unfortunately, there are never enough power sockets on the train.
Advantages

IconNice staff
IconGood restaurant
Disadvantages
IconTrain was late
IconToilets were not clean
IconToo few sockets
On my train journey from Wifi to Düsseldorf, the facilities were relatively meagre, as there were far too few sockets on the train, but there was wifi, which only worked sometimes. The comfort was okay, especially the noise level was very pleasant. The service was always nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the train was not very clean, especially the toilets looked very disgusting. The journey time was very good, except that it was a bit late and the price was fine.
