Defective air conditionerThe journey from Kempten to Ulm was very relaxed. Check-in went smoothly and I could relax. The on-board bistro offered many choices and coffee was not lacking either. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my compartment was not quite working, so it got a bit warm. But as the journey was quite short (one hour), this was not a major problem. The sanitary facilities were clean and there was everything needed.
