Advantages

Disadvantages
IconNoisy people
IconHigh utilisation
My journey from Hamburg-Harburg to Hannover Hbf with Deutsche Bahn was really OK. Although the occupancy rate was very high and the noise level in the train was very high due to the many people, we were able to get comfortable seats so that the journey was bearable. The staff were also nice and everything was extremely clean for a train. Even the toilets were freshly stocked and very clean.
Advantages
IconSuper fast ride
Disadvantages
IconLittle delay
I travelled by ICE from Hamburg to Hanover. The service and cleanliness on the train was very good and I didn't notice anything negative. The seats in the ICE were comfortable and cosy as usual. The journey was super and there was no need to change trains. However, you should know that trains can always be late.
Advantages
IconStaff
IconComfortable
I often travel with Deutsche Bahn and to be honest I am usually dissatisfied because there are often delays or even cancellations. Today, however, the train arrived on time, there was wifi, but I didn't use it. I didn't see a power socket at my seat, but there were some at others. It was pleasantly quiet on the train and the staff were very friendly. In addition, the train was very clean - all in all, I was very satisfied.
Advantages
IconComfort
Disadvantages
IconNot reliable
The train was officially equipped with wifi, but it was so bad that you had to use your data volume and this was sometimes completely lost on the journey (especially outside of cities), which is why it was difficult to work during the journey. A power socket was available, which I also used, but as usual it charges slowly. The seats were clean and the service was ok. Otherwise, the train was relatively punctual and well cleaned. I also used the toilet and this was also well cleaned by train standards. The price-performance ratio is ok if you book early, but if you book spontaneously or at short notice (e.g. one day in advance), the price for the service is absolutely unjustified
Advantages
IconPunctual
IconGood value
Disadvantages
IconNone
The train connection was very punctual. The train arrived at the scheduled departure time and even reached its destination a few minutes earlier than expected. The ticket price was reasonable, especially considering the services offered. The train was in a very clean condition overall. The compartments, corridors and toilets were well maintained. The toilets on the train were clean and well equipped. However, it would be desirable if the availability of toilet paper and soap were better monitored. The seats were comfortable and very soft, they were also particularly suitable for longer periods. Overall, the train journey was a positive experience, which impressed with its punctuality, comfort and punctuality.
Advantages
IconFriendly staff
IconWIFI
IconCleanliness
Disadvantages
IconLimited choice of food at high prices
The wifi and sockets worked perfectly. This enabled me to work productively. The train seats were comfortable and the interior was clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The train departed on time and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the selection of food and drinks in the on-board restaurant was limited and the prices seemed high. There were also occasional delays in the announcements, which caused confusion.
Advantages
IconUtilisation
IconCleanliness
Disadvantages
IconTrip duration
My journey with Deutsch Bahn from Hamburg-Harburg to Hannover Hbf was really fine. The capacity utilisation was pleasantly low and the staff en route were friendly and courteous. The train was basically new and therefore very clean. Unfortunately, the journey took a little longer due to some longer stops, but this wasn't a huge problem because the train left on time.
