This train was very full and therefore also very hot. It was also far too loud on the train. When I pointed this out to the staff, they told me that the air conditioning had broken down. Despite this, the staff were very competent and helpful to the passengers. As it was a suburban train, there was no snack machine. The toilets were also very unhygienic. On the other hand, I found the seats and aisles very clean. The seats were also very comfortable and the train had power sockets and an internet connection.
