Advantages
IconFast and uncomplicated ticket inspection
IconNo changes and no delays
IconClean train
IconComfortable seats with good equipment
IconFast and comfortable journey thanks to S-Bahn connection
Disadvantages
Icononly toilet on the train was broken
I really enjoyed this journey from Duisburg to Essen. Especially as there is an S-Bahn connection between the two cities, I didn't have to change trains and the journey didn't take that long. However, I found that the only toilet on the train was faulty. Otherwise, I found the train very clean and the seats comfortable. There were also plenty of power sockets on the train and a stable internet connection. The staff here were very friendly and carried out a quick and uncomplicated ticket inspection. Furthermore, the train was not very busy and it was therefore very quiet. Apart from the fact that the toilet was faulty, it was a very good journey for me!
