I travelled with ICE 2021 from Hamburg to Düsseldorf. The Hamm to Dortmund route was also travelled. The journey was 2nd class without reservation. Nevertheless, there were enough seats available. The staff on board were friendly. The train made a clean and well-kept impression. Overall, it was a pleasant night journey. Unfortunately, the train did not have wifi.
