1. Which services are available for disabled passengers?

    Passengers in wheelchairs: Passengers with wheelchairs should contact Eurolines customer service no later than seven days before booking. Not all Euroline buses are equipped to accommodate travelers with wheelchairs. In most cases, the wheelchair must be able to travel in the passenger compartment of the bus. As a result, the wheelchair must meet the standards of passenger seats DIN EN 12183 or DIN EN 12184 and using the restraint system in accordance with DIN 75078-2. The maximum dimensions are: 31.5 in (80 cm) in width, 47 in (120 cm) in length, 551 pounds (250 kg) in total weight.

    Passengers traveling in passenger seats despite a disability: The passenger must contact Eurolines customer service at least 36 hours before departure.

    Guide Dogs: Eurolines allows guide dogs to travel free of charge upon presentation of a medical certificate specifying the need for accompaniment.

2. How much luggage is available with Eurolines?

Eurolines travelers can bring two pieces of luggage with a combined weight of 66 pounds (30 kg), which can be kept in the cargo hold. You can also bring a carry-on item with you onto the bus. All Eurolines luggage must be under 26 x 20 x 11 in (67 x 50 x 27 cm), and labeled with your full name and address.

3. Can I bring my bicycle or sports equipment on Eurolines buses?

Eurolines do not allow bikes or sports equipment on international and national bus routes.

4. Are Eurolines seats allocated?

No, Eurolines has one ticket type for all bus trips: Standard. There are no seat reservations or bus passes. You can choose from any of the available seats, and drivers will do their best to accommodate specific needs.

5. How early do I have to book my ticket?

In most instances, you can book your ticket on the same day as your travel. However, you can book as early as a few months in advance. Check to see if your ticket is available as a mobile ticket, which allows you to instantly access your ticket through a smartphone or tablet. This ticket will allow you entry to the bus.

6. Do I need to print my ticket for Eurolines?

Many routes are available as mobile tickets, which means you do not have to print the admission ticket. These routes are marked with a green icon that looks like a QR code on Omio.

7. Are there discounts from the regular fares?

Any available discounts through Eurolines are automatically integrated into the listed prices on Omio. Prices are subject to change according to the date of your reservation and current promotions. Discounts are available for children or travelers with reduced mobility, along with special offers for groups of three or more travelers.

8. Can I travel with my pet on board Eurolines?

Animals are not allowed on Eurolines buses. Service animals are the exception to this rule. If you are traveling with another bus company for your route, such as Flixbus, we suggest checking their policy as it may differ.

9. May my minor child travel alone?

Children under three years old must travel in a suitable baby seat.

Children from 10 to 16 can travel without a parent but they must be with an adult older than 18 and have written permission from their parent or guardian. Eurolines and its partners decline any responsibility for their supervision. Discounted rates are available for children under 16 years.

Children over the age of 16 can travel alone and pay the normal fare.

10. How can I exchange or cancel and refund my Eurolines bus ticket?

According to EU legislation on the rights of bus travelers, all passengers can receive a refund in the event of a delay lasting longer than two hours. This excludes dangerous driving conditions or accidents. In the event of a delay lasting more than 90min, snacks and refreshments will be made available. For journeys over 155 miles (250 km), compensation will be provided for lodging if the delay lasts overnight.

11. Does Eurolines have Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Eurolines travelers will have access to complementary 4G internet browsing throughout their journey.

12. Are there plugs or electrical outlets on Eurolines buses?

Yes, there are electrical outlets available for each seat.

13. Does Eurolines have a toilet on board?

Yes, each coach has a toilet on board.
