The bus was on time, well air-conditioned and clean, which made the journey from Krakow to Zakopane very pleasant. The seats were comfortable and the two-and-a-half-hour journey went by quickly. The views of the Tatra Mountains were particularly impressive and added a nice variety to the journey. The driver was friendly and drove calmly and safely. There was no catering, but that wasn't a problem on this short route. All in all, it was a relaxed and comfortable way to travel from Krakow to Zakopane.
