The reservation and booking was very easy online. Unfortunately, the journey was carried out by a subcontractor. They charged us a lot of extra costs on the spot. Even after several emails, they neither apologised nor refunded the costs. Unfortunately, the staff were also very unfriendly. The bus arrived half an hour late and the roof was leaking so that water ran into the interior. The price was okay, but the service was very poor.
