Berjaya Times Square, located in the busy Bukit Bintang district, serves not only as a major shopping mall but also as a convenient transit point. It is directly connected to Imbi Monorail Station, which lies on Jalan Imbi and links to major city stops such as KL Sentral and Bukit Bintang.
Around the mall, several private and tour bus operators use designated pick-up zones for routes to destinations such as Genting Highlands, Johor Bahru, and Singapore. While not a formal terminal, it is a common meeting point for pre-booked intercity coaches due to its central location and hotel proximity.

Getting to Berjaya Times Square

Around the station, you’ll see Melia Hotel located in front of the main building, serving as a prominent landmark.

There is also a pedestrian bridge next to the building, which can be used as another point of reference.

Entrances at Berjaya Times Square
Berjaya Times Square has four entrances, each offering direct access to the shopping mall. The Main Entrance, Hotel Entrance, and East Entrance are all located on Level 1.

The Entertainment Entrance is situated on the Lower Ground (LG) floor.

The East Entrance and Hotel Entrance are primarily used by guests staying at the serviced apartments and hotel, respectively. However, both entrances are open to the public daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Outside of these hours, access is restricted and requires a valid access card.

Lower Ground
This level of the building is where the Entertainment Entrance is located. It offers a variety of restaurants and stores, as well as a supermarket, making it a lively and convenient area for dining and shopping. On the Lower Ground Level, you’ll find key amenities and various restaurants, all within a short walking distance:

This level of the building is where the Main, East, and Hotel Entrances are located. The Main Concourse and Information Counter can also be found on this floor.

Level 1

There is an escalator and lift from Ground Level that can be taken to reach Level 1.
Level 1 of the building is where the entrance to the Monorail station is located. There are also many clothing stores on this floor.

On Level 1, you’ll find key amenities and phone service kiosks, all within a short walk:

Pharmacies such as Watsons
Restaurants such as Sushi Zanmai Once you exit through the sliding door connecting the mall to the Monorail station, walk up the flight of stairs in front of you. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find the ticket counters on your right.

Ticketing and Boarding

Tickets can be purchased at either the self-service token kiosks, which accept cash, or at the staffed ticket counter, which accepts both cash and card. You can also top up your Touch 'n Go card at the counter.
Using your token, place it against the reader on the Auto Gates Machine to gain access.

After passing through the Auto Gate machines, proceed to the correct platform based on your destination, and walk up the stairs.

You are now at the boarding area.

Exits and Taxi Stand

Upon disembarking, head to Exit E via the staircase and follow the signs to the Auto Gate.
Go through the sliding glass door, pass 7-Eleven on the right, and continue toward Watsons.

Turn left, walk past Miuso, and take the escalator down to the Main Concourse.

To Main Entrance

Once you’re at the Main Concourse, walk straight for about 20 meters until you see a glass sliding door on your left. Pass through the sliding door, and you’ll arrive at the Main Entrance.
To East Entrance

At the Main Concourse, U Mobile will be directly ahead under the Panda Eyes sign. Walk toward it and turn left, passing between U Mobile and Common Sense. Continue straight for about 20 meters to the Service Suite Entrance.

Inside, walk ahead and exit via the glass sliding door on the left to reach the East Entrance.

To Hotel Entrance


From the Main Concourse, turn right to reach the Information Counter. Walk about 10 meters to the Sinma store, then take the walkway beside it.

Continue past Smiggle on the right until you reach the Hotel Entrance door.

Go through it and exit via the glass sliding door ahead to arrive at the Hotel Entrance.

To Entertainment Entrance

From the Main Concourse, turn right to the Information Counter, then walk about 10 meters to Sinma and take the walkway beside it. Continue to the right turn and arrive at Beutea, then take the escalator to LG Level.

At LG, turn right into the walkway after passing Luckin Coffee.

Continue straight to NSK Grocer, and turn left before its entrance.

Continue to the glass door beside Aviella flower shop to reach the Entertainment Entrance.

Taxi Stand

There is a taxi stand at Berjaya Times Square, located in front of the Main Entrance. This area also serves as the designated drop-off and pick-up point for e-hailing services.
