Terms and Conditions of Omio.ai Waitlist Promotion
1. Participation
The organizer of the Omio.ai Waitlist Promotion (the “Promotion”) is Omio Corp. (“Omio”), with its main place of business at Warschauer Platz 12, 10245, Germany.
Participation in the Promotion consists of signing up to the Omio.ai Waitlist during the Promotion Period, as defined below.
The Promotion is open to any natural person who has reached the legal age of majority at the time of entering the Promotion (the “Participant”, “You”). Participation in the Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
Employees of any company within the Omio group, as well as their immediate relatives, are excluded from participation.
Each Participant may participate in the Promotion only once and by using their own name.
2. Participation period
The Omio.ai Waitlist will be live between May 26th and June 30th (“Promotion Period”).
3. Prize and procedure
3.1 Prize
One winner drawn at random will receive an Omio voucher to the value of 1000EUR (one thousand euros), subject to applicable tax law (the “Prize”). The Terms & Conditions of Use for Omio Vouchers apply to the use of the Prize. Payment of a cash equivalent of the Prize is not possible. Omio will not transfer or exchange the Prize.
3.2 Procedure
Participation in the Promotion is only possible by signing up to the Omio.ai Waitlist. The total number of participants in this promotion is unknown, and will depend on the number of people who join the Omio.ai Waitlist during the Promotion Period. The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
The winner will be notified by email within ten working days of the closing date. Notifications shall be delivered to the same email address as is used to sign up for the Omio.ai Waitlist. The winner must respond to the notification email within five working days in order to claim their prize. If a winner fails to claim their Prize within the specified time frame, they shall be deemed to have forfeited their Prize. If the notification email is undeliverable, the winner will also be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. An alternate winner shall be picked at random from the remaining pool of Participants.
If a Participant is disqualified due to a violation of applicable law and/or these terms and conditions of participation, as well as in the event of modification, suspension, or termination of the Promotion by Omio, Participants shall not be entitled to any claims for compensation against Omio.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 Governing law
This Promotion has been organised in Germany, and these terms and conditions of participation and the legal relationship between the Participant and Omio shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Should individual provisions become invalid under applicable law, the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain valid.
4.2 Disqualification, modification, suspension, and termination
Omio reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not participate in the promotion in good faith, including but not limited to, by;
subscribing to the Omio.ai Waitlist with more than one email address/ Omio account, or
manipulates or attempts to manipulate the outcome of the Promotion, or
otherwise violates these terms and conditions of participation.
If You believe Your disqualification was made in error, please contact help@omio.com. Omio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond the control of Omio.
4.3 Translation of Terms
These Terms and Conditions have been provided in the language used to make the last booking registered to Your email address. For a copy of these terms and conditions in another language, please email help@omio.com. The binding version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the English version.
5. Data protection notice
By participating in the Promotion, You agree that;
You accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Omio,
You will be contacted by email in the event that You are selected as the winner.
If You no longer wish to receive marketing emails from Omio, You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Omio marketing email.
Omio Corp., with its main place of business at Warschauer Platz 12, 10245 Berlin, informs You in accordance with Art. 13 of the GDPR that we process Your personal data for the following purposes:

Personal data: First & last name and email address

Transfer to third parties: In line with our Privacy Policy.

verify whether and what personal data we hold about You and to obtain copies of such data,
request the deletion of Your personal data,
object to the processing of Your personal data in certain circumstances,
request data portability,
withdraw consent at any time, and
lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority responsible.

Participation in this Promotion is voluntary and will not impact Your ability to use the Omio services.
