Belgian train provider SNCB/NMBS offers free travel by train inside of, to, and from Belgium for anyone able to present a Ukrainian passport, ID-card or residence permit AND the "helpukraine" ticket issued by Deutsche Bahn. More information here (Belgian, French, German, English).

Since 24 February 2022, Ukrainian citizens with valid Ukrainian passports can travel for free in the Czech Republic with Czech Railways. More information can be found here (Polish, Ukrainian and English).
RegioJet, in co-operation with Ukrzaliznytsia, is running a daily train from Kyiv to Lviv and then onwards as a night train from Przemyśl to Prague with stops in Ostrava, Olomouc and Pardubice. Danish train provider DSB offers free travel both within and to and from Denmark for Ukrainian citizens and residents. More information here (Danish).
VR Group is providing free travel via both train and bus to Ukrainian citizens and residency permit holders. Additionally, they are providing free travel out of Russia for Russians wishing to flee. More information here (Swedish, Finnish, English).

Deutsche Bahn is also providing free travel to Ukrainian citizens already in Germany between the cities of Berlin, Dresden, Nuremberg and Munich without a ticket (valid id is required). There's an additional free ticket for onwards travel in Germany ("helpukraine") that can be obtained from a DB Reisezentrum (DB Travel Centre) or at a DB agency. In Germany, Länderbahn (a Trenitalia subsidiary) will offer free travel to Ukraine citizens with proof of an ID card or passport. These trains will also run cross-border from Poland and the Czech Republic. More information here (Italian).

MÁV-csoport (the Hungarian state railway) offers free travel within Hungary on all MÁV-START és a GYSEV to all Ukrainian citizens, residents or those with official refugee status. From 3 March, Renfe is offering free train travel to all Ukrainian passport holders to destinations in France or Spain from Barcelona (the main arrival hub in Spain). Tickets can be claimed at all points of sale in the station with valid id. More information here (Catalan).

Swiss Federal Railways SBB Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) is offering free long-distance train journeys to Ukrainian refugees both from the border to a certain destination in Switzerland or to cross the country by train. More information here (Italian).
National Rail is offering free onward travel on all trains in England, Scotland and Wales with a valid Ukrainian passport and a boarding pass or ticket showing arrival into the UK. Ukrainians arriving in the UK have 48 hours from arrival to complete their journey. Free travel in London on TfL's London Underground, Docklands Light Railway (DLR), bus and tram services are also included. More information here (English).
