EuroCity (EC) is an international train category and brand for inter-city trains that cross international borders within Europe. EuroCity trains connect major cities across Europe, offering both first and second-class coaches. EuroCity services aim to provide convenient and comfortable cross-border travel, with stops typically lasting no more than 5 to 15 minutes.
