I drove the route from Pforzheim to Mühlacker every day for work. The RB17A from Abellio. There was never a day when the train was not at least 5 minutes late. Sometimes it was cancelled without notice or couldn't depart because of technical problems. The staff was always friendly. But often they had no information whether the train was coming at all. The trains were usually clean. Most of the sockets and the wifi were defective. Just like the toilets. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio for this service is outrageous.
