The journey from Leipzig to Plauen required 2 changes. Once in Gera and once in Kürbitz. The changes were very comfortable, especially as all trains were on time. All trains had been clean and had had the full equipment. Only on the last train were the toilets defective and there were no catering facilities. The staff were friendly and comfortable on all trains. Overall, the journey had been very relaxing, especially as the trains were not overcrowded.

IconNo changeover necessary
IconCleanliness and hygiene
Disadvantages
IconHigh capacity utilisation
IconDelay of 20 minutes
The train from Leipzig to Plauen had been relatively full. However, it hadn't been very noisy on the train. I found the seats comfortable and they even had a large table. The facilities here were also very good. There were plenty of power sockets, a stable internet connection and a snack machine in the centre of the train. The cleanliness and hygiene on the train was also acceptable. The staff carried out a quick ticket check and helped other passengers with problems. However, the train was delayed by a total of 20 minutes because a passenger needed medical assistance. In this situation too, the staff acted quickly and informed the other passengers about the incident. The delay wasn't too bad for me as I didn't have to change trains.
