Advantages
IconHelpful staff
IconGood equipment
IconToilets hygienic
Disadvantages
IconVery noisy due to school children
IconDirty passenger compartment
To get from Leipzig to Döbeln, I had to change trains once in Riesa. The journey there had been very restless. The train was not so crowded, but there had been a lot of schoolchildren on the train who had been running around. The cleanliness of the train looked accordingly. The toilets, on the other hand, were clean. After I told the staff, who were very friendly, it got a bit quieter. Apart from that, everything else, such as the furnishings and comfort, as well as the range of services, was fine.
Advantages
IconFriendly and helpful staff
IconComfortable seats with power sockets
IconNo changes and no delays
IconShort journey duration
Disadvantages
IconToilet defective
IconCleanliness
IconNo internet connection available
From Leipzig to Döbeln, a rather old train was used, which is why there was no internet connection here. The cleanliness here was also unacceptable. I also have to criticise the fact that the toilet flush no longer worked and I consider it to be defective. Otherwise, I found the seats comfortable, which were equipped with sufficient power sockets. The staff on the train were also very friendly and helpful. When I drew their attention to the defect, they immediately labelled the toilet as faulty. The journey time was also very short, as the train passed through many stations. Overall, the train was on time and I didn't even have to change trains.
