Since I still had to catch a connecting train after arriving in Frankfurt, I was a little nervous and unsure whether everything would work out. The train staff explained things to me in a very friendly and courteous manner and really took the time to solve my problem. The train was extremely well cleaned and I also had enough legroom and other space for my things at my seat. We arrived on time and I was absolutely thrilled with the train ride.
