The train from Essen to Oberhausen was delayed by a total of 35 minutes. As I didn't have to change trains here, this wasn't too bad for me. What I also liked here was that the staff apologised personally to every passenger. The staff were also very friendly and competent when checking tickets. My expectations in terms of service were therefore completely fulfilled here. The seats were very comfortable and the train was well equipped. The corridors, seats and toilets were also very clean and hygienic. This train had a normal occupancy rate and a pleasant noise level. There was also a snack vending machine. All in all, a good journey!
