I don't want to share any experiences about the flight from Düsseldorf to Grand Canaria. Overall, the flight was pleasant and I was satisfied with the service. Check-in went smoothly and I was very satisfied with the ground staff. The security check was efficient and well organised, resulting in a smooth process. The aircraft was clean and comfortable. Wifi was available to book on board. The in-flight meal was satisfactory and a variety of dishes were offered. Arrival was also well organised. Baggage was handled quickly and passengers were able to leave the airport smoothly.

We flew from Düsseldorf to Gran Canaria at the end of December 2023. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed, but it should be mentioned that this was due to the delay of 2 passengers and the airline itself could not do much about it. We flew from Düsseldorf to Gran Canaria on holiday with Eurowings on 30 December. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed because two passengers didn't turn up at the gate on time. We were therefore only able to take off a good hour later. However, the pilot was super friendly when explaining the delay via announcement. The service from the flight crew was also very good. They were also very friendly. As the aircraft was not fully occupied, some seats remained empty. We were lucky and had an extra seat in our row, which gave us more legroom. The flight was therefore very pleasant overall.
