Effective Date: 23rd July 2025 These Terms and Conditions ("Trenitalia Discount Code Terms") specifically govern the use of discount codes, promotional codes, or vouchers ("Vouchers") applied to bookings for Trenitalia train services made through the Omio website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Omio Platform"). By using a Voucher for a Trenitalia booking on the Omio Platform, you agree to be bound by these Trenitalia Discount Code Terms, as well as the Omio General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Trenitalia General Conditions of Carriage. In case of any conflict, these Trenitalia Discount Code Terms shall prevail solely in relation to the use of Vouchers for Trenitalia bookings.

1.1. Omio Platform: Refers to the Omio website and mobile applications operated by Omio Group. 1.2. Omio Group: Refers to the legal entity operating the Omio Platform, responsible for issuing Vouchers and facilitating bookings. 1.3. Trenitalia Services: Refers to the rail transportation services operated by Trenitalia S.p.A. (or Trenitalia France, where applicable), offered and purchased through the Omio Platform. 1.4. Voucher: Refers to any discount code, promotional code, or coupon issued by Omio Group that can be applied to eligible bookings on the Omio Platform. 1.5. Booking: Refers to a confirmed purchase of one or more tickets for Trenitalia Services through the Omio Platform. 1.6. Passenger: Refers to the individual(s) for whom a ticket for Trenitalia Services is purchased.

Omio Group (Omio) issues Vouchers and facilitates their application to eligible Trenitalia bookings made via the Omio Platform. Omio acts solely as an intermediary for the sale of Trenitalia train tickets; the actual travel service is provided by Trenitalia S.p.A. (or Trenitalia France, where applicable).

3.1. Validity Period: Vouchers are valid for a limited time as specified on the Voucher itself or in its accompanying promotional material. The validity period is a minimum of three (3) years from the date of issuance unless a shorter period is justified by the nature of the promotion (e.g., seasonal campaigns). This validity period typically refers to the booking date, not necessarily the travel date, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The expiry date will be clearly stated on the Voucher. 3.2. Single Use: Each Voucher can generally only be used once per booking. Once applied, the Voucher code becomes invalid. 3.3. One Voucher Per Booking: Only one Voucher can be applied to a single Booking transaction, regardless of the number of Passengers or train segments within that Booking. Vouchers cannot be combined with other Vouchers, discount codes, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by Omio. 3.4. Platform-Specific Redemption: Vouchers are only redeemable for bookings made and paid directly via the Omio Platform. They cannot be used for tickets purchased off-site or from certain directly integrated third-party providers. 3.5. Application of Value: The Voucher value will be applied as a discount to the total Booking value, including applicable taxes and fees. Any remaining balance after the discount must be paid by other accepted payment methods. If the Voucher value exceeds the total Booking value, no residual value will remain, and no refund for the unused portion will be provided. 3.6. Currency Conversion: If a Voucher has a fixed value in a specific currency and your booking is in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate used by Omio at the time of redemption. 3.7. Total Price Disclosure: The total price including all taxes, fees, and after application of the Voucher discount will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

In addition to the general Voucher usage terms, specific restrictions apply to Vouchers used for Trenitalia bookings: 4.1. Minimum Spend: Vouchers may require a minimum spend amount (e.g. €20 per single Passenger per train segment) to be eligible for application, unless specific campaign conditions state otherwise. 4.2. Eligible Services: Vouchers are generally valid only for specific Trenitalia Services as indicated in the Voucher's terms. They are typically not valid for:

• International train tickets (e.g. cross-border Eurocity, Thello, Frecciarossa France-Italy services).
• Regional transport train tickets (unless explicitly stated).
• Subscriptions, travel carnets, booking carnets for subscribers, or passes of any type. 4.3. Ticket Classes/Service Levels: Unless otherwise specified, Vouchers may be valid across all classes and service levels for eligible national services. 4.4. Application to Multi-Segment Journeys: If a Booking includes multiple train segments (e.g. a Frecciarossa train from Turin to Rome and a Frecciargento train from Rome to Naples), the discount value will automatically be applied to the train segment with the higher eligible fare. 4.5. Limited Availability: The number of available seats eligible for a discount may be limited and can vary depending on the day of the week, specific train, and class or service level, as determined by Trenitalia. 4.6. Non-Cumulative: You can only use one Voucher per Passenger per train/service purchased. You cannot use multiple Vouchers for a single trip. 4.7. Identification: The Passenger named on the ticket should generally be the person travelling and may be required to show identification. Vouchers do not alter Trenitalia's rules on ticket transferability, which are generally very limited or not permitted.

5.1. Loss of Voucher Value: Once a Voucher has been successfully used for a Booking, its value will not be refunded or reinstated to the user, even if the Booking is subsequently changed or canceled for any reason. 5.2. Refund Calculation: If you cancel a ticket purchased with a Voucher, any refund due will be calculated solely based on the monetary amount you actually paid for the ticket, not including the Voucher's value, and subject to Trenitalia's fare rules and Omio's processing fees. 5.3. Booking Modifications: If you modify a trip or ticket purchased with a Voucher:

• You will lose the value of the Voucher.
• Any costs associated with the changes (e.g. price difference, change fees) will be based only on the amount you actually paid.
• If permitted by the ticket type and Trenitalia's fare rules, changing to a different train for the same route may require paying the difference between the full price and the discounted amount you paid, plus any applicable penalty or change fee as per Trenitalia's conditions. 5.4. Right of Withdrawal: As these Vouchers are for transport services with a specific performance date, the right of withdrawal under EU Distance Selling Directive does not apply once the booking is confirmed (Art. 16(l) Directive 2011/83/EU).

6.1. Vouchers are for promotional purposes only, are not convertible into cash, and have no monetary value outside of their specific use on the Omio Platform for eligible bookings. 6.2. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-changeable, and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or other goods/services. Any attempt to sell or commercially trade Vouchers will result in their immediate cancellation.

The value of a Voucher does not count towards earning Trenitalia's CartaFRECCIA loyalty points or any other third-party loyalty programs. Points are typically based only on the monetary price actually paid by the customer for the ticket.

8.1. Omio reserves the right to suspend or cancel the validity of any Voucher and to cancel bookings if there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or if multiple Vouchers are used in a single transaction in violation of these terms. 8.2. Omio's liability concerning Vouchers is limited to the proper application of the discount during the booking process on the Omio Platform. Omio shall not be responsible for any issues arising directly from Trenitalia's provision of transport services, including but not limited to train delays, cancellations, quality of service, or Passenger rights related to the actual journey. Such matters are governed by Trenitalia's General Conditions of Carriage and applicable regulations. 8.3. Omio is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent the application of a Voucher beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, the user should contact Omio Customer Service for assistance.

9.1. Personal Data Processing: The processing of personal data in connection with Voucher creation, distribution, and redemption is governed by Omio's Privacy Policy available at https://www.omio.com/privacy-policy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. 9.2. Data Collected and purpose: When using a Voucher, for the purpose of Voucher validation, besides the Booking data described in our Privacy Policy, we may also collect the Voucher code used and connect it with the Booking details.

10.1. Omio reserves the right to modify these Trenitalia Discount Code Terms at any time. For existing Vouchers, the terms valid at the time you obtained and redeemed the Voucher will generally apply, unless a specific notice of amendment was provided to you beforehand.

11.1. These Trenitalia Discount Code Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

12.1. If any provision of these Trenitalia Discount Code Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.1. These Trenitalia Discount Code Terms, together with the Omio General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Trenitalia General Conditions of Carriage, constitute the entire agreement between you and Omio regarding the use of Vouchers for Trenitalia bookings, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

14.1. For questions or issues relating to your booking or the Omio Platform, please contact Omio Customer Service via the Omio Help Center (Link to Omio Help Center). For issues directly related to your train journey, on-board services, or claims for delays/cancellations, you should contact Trenitalia directly via their official channels as specified in their General Conditions of Carriage. These terms are provided in English. In case of translations, the English version shall prevail unless local law requires otherwise. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms.
