Tallink Silja is a leading provider of passenger and cargo transportation services in the northern Baltic Sea region. Operating under the brands Tallink and Silja Line, the company manages a fleet of 14 vessels, offering routes between Estonia, Finland, and Sweden. In 2024, Tallink Silja transported over 5.5 million passengers, with Finland accounting for nearly half of the total. Beyond maritime transport, the company owns four hotels in Tallinn and Riga and operates a travel retail business with shops on board, on shore, and online. Tallink Silja is committed to sustainability, having reduced CO₂ emissions by 50% since 2009 through advanced technologies and modernized vessels.

Cancellation Policy
Tallink Silja Line offers a 'Cancel Cover' service, allowing passengers to change or cancel their tickets up to 30 minutes before departure on the Tallinn-Helsinki route, and up to 4 hours before departure on other routes, for a fee.

Full refunds are provided if the ferry is canceled by Tallink Silja Line.

Pregnant passengers are advised to consult their healthcare provider before traveling; no specific restrictions are in place up to one month before the expected delivery date.
Unaccompagned minor
Unaccompanied minors aged 15 to 17 can travel alone on daytime trips with parental consent; for overnight trips, they must travel with an adult supervisor.
