Terravision tickets can be purchased online and it is necessary to have a printed copy of the ticket in order to access the bus.
What happens if the ticket doesn't show my name?
If the name on the ticket does not match the passenger's name, the ticket remains valid and can be used for travel.
What if my flight is late? Do I have to buy a new ticket?
If your flight is delayed and you are unable to catch the booked ride, the ticket is valid for the next ride after the one you booked.
Transport of children
Each adult passenger has the right to have only one child under 4 years of age travel free of charge, keeping him or her on his or her lap. Terravision does not allow the transport of unaccompanied minors under the age of 14. Minors must travel with a passenger of at least 16 years of age who has booked the trip at the same time.
Can I cancel my ticket?
No, Terravision tickets are not refundable.
