1. I’ve got a voucher, how can I print my ticket?
- A voucher is used to compensate passengers for trips that are canceled under certain circumstances and can be applied to your next ticket or journey by contacting the Lux Express Customer Service offices at +372-680-0909.
2. What services are offered by Lux Express to people with reduced mobility?
- Travelers with a profound or severe disability can receive a 100% discount on their ticket, along with the person who is accompanying them on their trip. These disabilities can be visual disabilities or restricted mobility. Children under the age of 16 with any sort of disability also receive a free ticket.
3. How much luggage can I take on a Lux Express Bus and can I bring my bike?
- Each passenger can bring one hand luggage item that weighs less than 11 pounds (5 kg), and smaller than 18 x 14 x 8 inches (45 × 35 × 20 cm). In addition to this piece of hand luggage, each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage (such as a bag or a briefcase) for no charge. It must weigh less than 66 pounds (30 kg) and be smaller than 28 x 12 x 22 inches (70 × 30 × 55 cm). These items will be kept in the luggage compartment on board the bus and then handed to the passenger by the bus crew when requested. Passengers can bring more than one piece of luggage if space is available in the luggage compartment and if the bus crew agrees to accommodate it. Whether or not the extra luggage is accepted will be determined at the departure location, and the passenger will not be charged extra for an additional piece of luggage. Bicycles are not considered standard luggage. Bicycles must be stored in the luggage compartment of the bus if space is available. This will be determined by the driver immediately before the departure. Front wheels must be dismantled and should not have any sharp parts that are protruding. In the event that the bicycle cannot fit in the luggage compartment, the driver will make a note on the passenger’s ticket that allows it to be switched to the next departure without a service fee. Tickets can also be refunded according to the Lux Express Group Ticket Sale Rules. Please note that routes operated by Lux Mini coaches cannot transport bicycles.
4. What are the services on board Lux Express Buses?
- Lux Express offers seating with wide legroom, adjustable seats, free Wi-Fi and charging outlets, onboard entertainment through LuxTV, clean restrooms, personal air conditioning, and other conveniences to make your journey relaxing and comfortable.
5. Can I take pets on the Lux Express Bus?
- Pets are allowed on domestic routes with an additional ticket purchased at a 40% discount. This will reserve a seat for your pet’s kennel or bag on the bus, which should be less than 16 x 16 inches (40 x 40 cm). On international routes, pets are typically not allowed since the travel time is greater than 4h and can be difficult for animals. Guide dogs are allowed on any route.
6. Why might a bus be delayed?
- Bus travel can be delayed by several factors that are outside the control of drivers and Lux Express Services, such as inclement weather, traffic problems, road issues, and other unpredictable events that may prevent the punctual arrival of your coach. However, the professional and dedicated staff at Lux Express does everything possible to ensure that your journey is as smooth and seamless as possible.
7. My last bus got canceled, what should I do?
- If your bus is canceled, Lux Express will connect you with the next available departure from your location for no additional charge. In the event there is not an available Lux Express bus, the company will pay for you to travel with another company to your destination. If you choose not to utilize any of these options, you can receive a refund from the company within 14 days.
8. What should I do if my bus is late?
- If the bus is delayed by an event outside the control of Lux Express, there are no additional accommodations offered due to the unpredictability of events.
9. Can children under 12 travel for free?
- Children of preschool age are allowed on board for free, and children younger than 16 can travel with a discount of 40% off.
10. When do you have to make your group reservation?
- There are no discounts specifically related to purchasing as a group, so there is no deadline for when you need to make your group purchase. You will simply purchase the tickets through standard procedure in a large bulk order.
