Cancellation Policy
A passenger can receive a partial refund if a written request is submitted at least 24 hours before the journey (25% fee) or between 24 and 12 hours before (50% fee); tickets cannot be canceled or refunded within 12 hours of departure.
Refund
A passenger who has purchased a ticket and wishes to cancel the journey has the right to a partial refund of the amount paid, provided that a written request is submitted to the carrier at least 24 hours before the start of the journey, along with the travel ticket.
