Transport of luggage is generally limited to two pieces per person, with regular size: length (55 cm) – width (25 cm) – height (max. 100 cm).

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trip, 25% of the ticket price is charged; if 12-24 hours before, 50% is charged; less than 12 hours before, the full ticket price is charged.
Refund
If the service is canceled or delayed by more than 120 minutes, passengers are entitled to reimbursement or rerouting.
