The train journey was comfortable and the scenery on the way was impressive, especially the green hills and small villages. I simply bought the tickets online via the ScotRail website, which was super straightforward. Arriving in Edinburgh city centre was also easy. Although the train was a bit full and the tickets weren't cheap, it was a relaxed and interesting journey that I would do again at any time. My departure was on 25/08/2019
