Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the passenger will be reimbursed with the fare, less 10% if cancellation is requested giving at least 48 hours notice prior to departure and 20% if requested between 48 and 2 hours prior to the bus departure time.

If the service is canceled due to meteorological reasons, the company will attempt to keep passengers informed and transport them on the next available service without compensation.

Bikes
Bicycles must be checked in at the ticket office, disassembled (front wheel removed), and properly packaged, with a fee of €10 for Pamplona routes and €5 for Vitoria routes, and a maximum of 3 bicycles per bus.
