Situated on Poole Valley Road, it's well placed whether one is in town for the sea, sights or shopping. The Lanes are just to the west, and it's only a few paces to the beach and Brighton Palace Pier. Other beachside attractions such as Volk's Electric railroad are an easy walk too. Meanwhile, the Royal Pavilion is a short bus ride back into town.
