Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) Step by Step Station Guide
Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) is Kuala Lumpur’s main long-distance bus terminal, designed as a modern and organized transport hub similar to an airport. Located in Bandar Tasik Selatan, it connects directly to LRT, KTM, and KLIA Transit, making transfers easy for travelers.
From TBS, passengers can board express buses to major cities such as Melaka, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kuantan, and even Singapore. With centralized ticketing, digital departure screens, boarding gates, and waiting lounges, TBS offers a smooth and comfortable departure experience.

Getting to TBS
While traveling on the highway, look out for the sign marked “Main Lobby” with the TBS logo above it—this is the turning point into the TBS station area.

Nearby, you will also see a large commercial complex consisting of six blocks and an adjoining tower. The TBS station is located directly behind this complex.

Entrances at TBS
Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) has three main entrances, each connecting to a different part of the building. The main entrance is located on Level 1. A short walk from here leads to the KLIA Transit entrance, also on Level 1.

On the opposite side of the building is the LRT BTS entrance, providing access from the LRT and KTM station.

Floor Navigation
Level 1
Level 1 can be accessed via either the TBS Main Entrance or the KLIA Transit Entrance. It serves as the main entrance to the terminal, where the primary drop-off and pick-up points are located.
This level also includes a car park, areas for intercity and shuttle bus services, as well as the terminal management office.

Level 2
There is an escalator and lift from Level 1 that can be taken to reach Level 2.

On this level, a pedestrian bridge connects the LRT and the KTM platforms to the main TBS building.

Level 3
There is an escalator, lift and bridge from Level 2 that can be taken to reach Level 3.

On this level in the main building, you’ll find the main lobby for bus services, a ticketing counter, customer service and information counters, retail outlets, convenience stores, baggage lockers, prayer rooms and ATMs.

The Main Lobby covers a few station amenities and just within a few minutes’ walk - you’ll find:

Level 4

On this level in the main building, there are restaurants, ATMs, prayer rooms, and toilets.

Level 4 covers a few station amenities and just within a few minutes' walk - you'll find:

- Teratai Food Court
- KFC
- Tealive
- KK Speedmart
- Money Changer
- Rest N Go Lounge

Level 5 & Level 6

Level 5 and Level 6 are mainly parking areas.

Ticketing and Boarding
Bus (Intercity)
The ticket counter is located on Level 3. Once you enter the main lobby area, walk past Choizes Boutique on your right and Point Convenience Store on your left.

Continue walking a few more steps, and you’ll reach the area of ticketing counters.


The terminal has Self-Service Ticketing Kiosks, Ticket Counters.

If you've bought your ticket online, you can collect your boarding pass at the designated bus boarding pass counters upon arrival at the terminal.

There are multiple bus companies to choose from, including:
- KKKL
- Star Coach
- Delima
- Inter Top
- Prisma
Using your ticket, place it against the reader on the Auto Gates Machine to be granted access.

After passing the Auto Gate machines, you will see escalators in front of you. Take the escalator down and head to the gate number that is stated on your ticket.

The boarding area is located right at the bottom of the escalator.

Follow the floor signage to find the gate number that matches what's stated on your ticket.

LRT
To access the LRT, walk through the pedestrian bridge that connects the main TBS building to the LRT platforms.
The ticket machines are directly accessible from the front of the LRT platform entrance.

The terminal has Self-Service Token Kiosks that accept cash.

Tokens can also be purchased directly from the counter. Simply inform the staff at the counter of your destination and make payment using cash or card. You can also top up your Touch 'n Go card at this counter.

Using your token, place it against the reader on the Auto Gates Machine to be granted access.

After passing the Auto Gate machines, you will see an escalator on your left. Take the escalator down and you are now at the boarding area.

KTM / KTM ETS
To access KTM / KTM ETS, walk through the pedestrian bridge that connects the main TBS building to the KTM platforms.
The ticketing counter and ticket machines are accessible from the corridor between the LRT station and the pedestrian bridge to KLIA Transit / TBS.

Walking into the corridor will lead you directly to the KTM ticket counter.

Tickets can be purchased either on self-service kiosks or from the staffed ticketing counter.

Using your ticket or Touch'n'Go card, place it against the reader on the ticket validation machine to be granted access.

After passing through the ticket validation machines, you will enter an open area where the escalator to the boarding platforms is located on your far right.

Take the escalator down, and you will arrive at the boarding area.

The boarding area is located directly upon descending the escalators.

When the train arrives and the doors open, allow disembarking passengers to exit first. Once they have exited, proceed to board the train.
KLIA Transit
From the KLIA Transit entrance, walk along the side walkway on your left until you reach an open area in the center, where KK Mart is located.


Turn right and walk a few steps forward — you’ll see the KLIA Transit platform entrance on your left, where the ticket counter is located.

You can conveniently purchase your KLIA Transit ticket online in advance with Omio, allowing you to head straight to your train for a smoother airport journey.
If you wish to purchase a ticket on-site, either line up and speak to a staff member or use self-service kiosks.

Exits
Bus (Intercity)
Upon disembarking from the bus, locate the escalator that goes up to Level 3.

Turn left after the escalator and go through the sliding glass door to enter the TBS Main Lobby.

Once inside the main lobby, turn right and follow the overhead signage to "Transit Station / Bus / Taxi".

Walk straight ahead until you see a directory.

Turn right after the directory and you'll see a pedestrian bridge.

Walk to the end of the bridge until you see a lift on your left.

To TBS Main Entrance
Take the lift down to Level 1. At Level 1, turn left and walk a few steps until you see an overhead sign.

Cross the road, and you'll see a walkway on your right.

Continue walking straight until the end of the walkway, where you’ll see a car park on your right. You have now arrived at the TBS Main Entrance.

To LRT BTS SP15 Entrance
Take the lift down to Level 2. At Level 2, turn left and you will see a walkway.

Walk to the end of the walkway until you see a pedestrian bridge on your left.

Continue walking across the bridge until you see Rotiboy on your right.

Then, walk straight ahead until you see an escalator.

Take the escalator down and you have now reached the LRT BTS SP15 entrance.
To KLIA Transit Entrance
Take the lift down to Level 1. Once you exit the lift, make a small U-turn so that the lift is now on your left. You will see a walkway.

Walk straight until you see the KLIA Transit sign.

Follow the sign toward MinitMart, and take the walkway on the right beside MinitMart.

Continue along that walkway, and you will arrive at the KLIA Transit entrance.

LRT
Upon disembarking from the train, locate the escalator that goes up.

Turn right after the escalator and go through the auto gate machine to exit the LRT platform.

You are now at the LRT entrance/exit to the platform.

To TBS Main Entrance
From the LRT entrance/exit area, turn left, then left again until you see Gloria Jean’s Coffee on your left.

Walk straight until you see a pedestrian bridge on your left.

Cross the bridge until you see a walkway on your right.

You’ll notice an escalator at the end—use this as a landmark. The turn to the right is just before the escalator. Turn right and walk straight to the end until you see a lift.

Take the lift down to Level 1. At Level 1, turn left and walk a few steps until you see an overhead sign.

Cross the road, and you'll see a walkway on your right.

Continue walking straight until the end of the walkway, where you’ll see a car park on your right.

You have now arrived at the TBS Main Entrance.
To LRT BTS SP15 Entrance
From the LRT entrance/exit area, turn left and walk a few steps until you see an escalator on your right.

You have reached the LRT entrance.
To KLIA Transit Entrance
From the LRT entrance/exit area, walk towards your left where Gloria Jeans and Rotiboy are on the left side.

Keep going straight, keeping to the right until you reach the pedestrian bridge with an overhead signage leading to KLIA Transit and TBS.

Follow the bridge until you reach the escalators and stairs on your left.

Then take the escalators down to Level 1. At the bottom, you will see KK Mart; walk diagonally towards the open area on the right.

Walk straight along the side of the building and you will reach the KLIA Transit Entrance.

KTM / KTM ETS
Upon disembarking, take the staircase up and it will lead you to the ticket validation machines.

After passing through the ticket validation machines, follow the signage on the pillar that leads to Rapid KL, KLIA Express, and Terminal Bersepadu Selatan Entrance.

You will pass through a row of clothing stalls on your left.

To TBS Main Entrance
After passing the clothing stalls, you will see a pedestrian bridge on your left with an overhead sign directing you to KLIA Transit and TBS.

Follow the bridge to the other end, where an escalator is located.

To the right of the escalator, take the walkway until you reach the staircases.

From here, you can either use the stairs or the lift to go down to Level 1.

After exiting the lift, cross the road to the opposite side, then continue walking along the pathway until you arrive at the TBS Main Entrance.

To LRT BTS SP15 Entrance
After passing the clothing stalls, turn right and you will reach the LRT station area.

Exit by taking the escalator/stairs down.
To KLIA Transit Entrance
After passing the clothing stalls, you will see a pedestrian bridge located towards your left, with an overhead signage leading to KLIA Transit and TBS.
Follow the bridge until you reach the escalators and stairs on your left, then take the escalators down to Level 1.

At the bottom, you will see KK Mart; walk diagonally towards the open area on the right.

Walk straight along the side of the building and you will reach the KLIA Transit Entrance.

KLIA Transit
Upon disembarking the train, take the escalator up from the platform to the overhead bridge.

On the bridge, follow the overhead signs directing you to the exit, then take the staircase down.

Continue along the walkway, following the exit signs, until you reach the ticket validation machines.

To TBS Main Entrance
Turn to your left upon exiting through the ticket validation machine and you will see an open area, turn right and you will see KK Mart on your right.

Follow the walkway towards the TBS Main Lobby until the end of the walkway until you see an overhead signage on your left.

Cross the road, and you'll see a walkway on your right.

Continue walking straight until the end of the walkway, where you’ll see a car park on your right.

You have now arrived at the TBS Main Entrance.
To LRT BTS SP15 Entrance
Turn left upon exiting through the ticket validation machine. You’ll enter an open area, turn right, and you’ll see KK Mart on your right.

In front of you, there will be a lift and a staircase. Take either the lift or the stairs up to Level 2. Once you reach Level 2, you'll see a pedestrian bridge on your right.

Walk across the bridge until you see Rotiboy on your right.

Then, continue walking straight until you see an escalator.

Take the escalator down and you have now reached the LRT BTS SP15 entrance.

To KLIA Transit Entrance
Turn left upon exiting through the ticket validation machine. You’ll enter an open area, turn left again, and you’ll see MinitMart on your left. Walk a few steps ahead, and you’ll find a side walkway on your left.

Follow the walkway until the end and you have now reached the KLIA Transit entrance.

Taxi Stand
There is one taxi stand at the terminal located at the Main Entrance on Level 1.
