On the opposite side of the station, the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT), about 500 meters from the taxi stand, greets visitors with a sign reading "Selamat Datang / Welcome to Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur" as you enter the complex.
Entrances at KL Sentral
KL Sentral Station has four main entrances, each connecting to different parts of the complex. The primary entrance faces Le Meridien and Hilton hotels and leads directly into the main waiting area.

On the opposite side of the building, the KL City Air Terminal (Arrivals & Departures) has two separate entrances, both providing access to the KLIA Express train platform.

A fourth entrance connects directly from the second floor of Nu Sentral Mall, with escalator access down to the main concourse on the first floor.

Ticketing and Boarding
LRT
Tickets can be purchased at the LRT Station Entrance. Passengers may use Ticket Vending Machines, which accept cash, debit/credit cards, and QR Pay, or visit the Customer Service Office, where staff can assist and issue tokens.

To enter the paid area, place your token against the reader at the Auto Gate Machine. The gate will open once validated.

After passing through the Auto Gates, escalators are available on both sides. Follow the signage to reach the correct platform and confirm your destination by checking the platform signs carefully.

The boarding area is located just after the escalators. When the train arrives, wait in the designated area and allow all passengers to disembark before boarding.

MRT
At the MRT Station Entrance, tickets can be obtained from Ticket Vending Machines or from the Customer Service Office. Both are clearly marked and located at the entrance.

To access the paid area, use your token or a Touch’n Go card at the Autogate. Place it on the reader until the gate opens.

Bus
The bus area at KL Sentral is located on the Ground Floor. To reach the departure bays, exit to the left of the Nu Sentral Mall escalators and take the escalators down to the bus platform. Clear directional signage along the way helps passengers find the correct bay.

This floor houses the bus company ticket booths. Operators such as Skybus, Aerobus, Suasana Edaran, and Resort World Genting each have a designated booth where tickets can be purchased directly.

The boarding area is right next to the ticket booths. Follow the signage and wait at the bay indicated for your bus.
Before boarding, show your ticket to the bus conductor. They will verify it before you are allowed to enter.
