Terminal Meru Raya is the main long-distance bus hub in Ipoh, Perak. Located in the Meru district just north of Ipoh city, it serves routes to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Singapore, and major towns across northern and central Malaysia.

Getting to Terminal Meru Raya
The Meru Raya Terminal is situated opposite the Mydin supermarket, along Persiaran Meru Raya 5. Next to the station is an apartment building called DWJ Residences.
There is only one entrance at Terminal Meru Raya. Upon entering, you will arrive in the Main Concourse of the bus terminal.
Floor Navigation
Level 1
Level 1 serves as the main concourse, connecting to the departure gates and ticketing area.
Most amenities, such as the ATM, Information Counter, convenience stores, and restaurants, are located on this floor around the main concourse.

Level 2
Level 2 can be accessed by taking the escalator up from the main concourse on Level 1.
The Arrival Hall of the bus terminal is located on this level. This floor also contains a snooker centre and several convenience stores.

Ticketing and Boarding
Tickets can be purchased at self-service kiosks.
You may also speak to a customer service representative at the ticket counter. Tickets purchased online can be collected here as well. A printed ticket will be provided, which is then used to access the boarding area.
Tickets can be validated at either of the two gates, Gate A or Gate B. Staff stationed at the gates will assist with validation.
After passing Gate A or Gate B, you will enter the boarding area. The boarding area for both gates is combined.
The boarding area includes a seating section where passengers can wait for their bus. A display screen shows the day’s bus schedules along with live status updates.
When boarding begins, validate your ticket again at the gates with the staff before proceeding to the bus platforms.
Exit and Taxi Stand
Upon disembarking and entering the Arrival Hall, you will see the Mangga Muda Enterprise convenience stall.
Turn right and walk straight until you reach the lifts, with the down escalator located to their right.
Take either the lift or escalator to Level 1, where the Information Counter and Main Entrance will be on your right.
Continue towards the Main Entrance.
There is a taxi point located directly at the Main Entrance of the bus terminal.
