To cancel and request a ticket refund, visit the Santoso agent office at your departure point. When you want to cancel, bring your ID card, e-ticket, and SIM. 24 hours before departure the ticket can be canceled. The refund will be 75% of the ticket price. The refund can be collected at the Santoso agent office at your departure point.
