The train journey was very pleasant. In terms of equipment, everything important was available and worked without any problems, except for the wifi connection, which unfortunately didn't work properly for me. The comfort around the seats and the catering and service were excellent. The cleanliness was also more than marvellous. In my opinion, the special thing about this train journey is that you don't have to change trains and the punctuality, which was spot on. The price-performance ratio is also more than satisfactory in my opinion. All in all, a really great train journey!

The return journey went smoothly. The train was very punctual and I noticed that the staff went out of their way to make the journey as smooth as possible. The sanitary facilities were very clean and hygienic. To cut a long story short, I didn't notice any problems or disadvantages. There was no need to change trains on the journey. I give the journey 5 stars and recommend it.

I bought the ticket online, so I didn't have any stress when I got there. My train was on time and the staff went out of their way to make the journey as relaxed as possible. The toilets were very clean. The seats were very comfortable and I had enough space for myself. The price-performance ratio was very good. I didn't notice any disadvantages, so I would recommend the journey to others. I travelled for about 2 hours and didn't have to change trains.

Just like the outward journey, the return journey was also very relaxing. The train was very punctual. Some advantages are also that there was good reception, as well as wifi. I was also very happy when I realised how much importance the staff attached to cleanliness. As a result, it was very clean everywhere. As I couldn't find anything negative, I give the train journey my recommendation.

Unfortunately, there was no catering on the journey from Valencia to Madrid. The journey only took two and a half hours, we didn't have to change trains and there were no delays. The air conditioning in the AVE 5160 is very commendable, as the temperature was very pleasant, the volume was also reasonable and the seats were comfortable. There was wifi, but no power sockets. However, the toilets were locked and unfortunately I couldn't go to the toilet, which wasn't such a big problem for me as the journey was so short. The price is a bit high, but it was still well worth it.

On the whole, the hygiene and cleanliness were a very big plus point. The comfort and journey time were exactly as expected. The train arrived on time and the value for money was an absolute treat. I would happily travel with this provider again.
