The first thing I noticed when I got on the train was something special. The seats looked very comfortable and there were sockets for all sorts of things such as charging cables etc. .... The price-performance ratio was good. There were also WCs. The train is actually quite good as far as punctuality is concerned.

I cannot recommend this train journey. Already at the first delay I was annoyed and the toilets were not clean either. There were stains on their seats and the tables were also dirty. The other passengers were very noisy and the food was also cold and not tasty. The only good thing was the staff, who were nice and always tried to help me. The train arrived at its destination on time.

The ICE journey from Hanover to Hamburg was very pleasant. I checked in using my smartphone and was not checked, but was able to watch my film in a relaxed and undisturbed manner. The train journey was quiet and punctual. And the restaurant staff were very nice, the wrap was also very tasty.

With a few exceptions, the train from Hanover to Hamburg always arrives on time, the staff are friendly, hygiene is fine, and as soon as you notice something, the staff clean up the mess immediately. I travel the route frequently and have had no problems so far. Highly recommended.

I have the BahnCard 25. So price-wise, although I booked just 3 weeks before, I was mega satisfied. It was super relaxed to travel on a Saturday morning. It was relatively full, but our reserved seats were free. I think the train staff have become a bit more fun and friendly. I didn't use the toilet on the short journey. Neither did the wifi.

I often travel by ICE, and this journey in particular has stayed in my memory. I had bought the ticket online the evening before. The wait began at the platform in Hanover. The ICE was about 30 minutes late. When the ICE arrived, I sat down in the quiet carriage. Unfortunately, it was anything but quiet there. Children were screaming around and their parents were busy with their smartphones. So I connected my phone to the wifi, which worked very quickly and easily. I put on headphones and had peace and quiet. The conductor was very friendly. The staff selling hot drinks were disappointingly pushy. I was ticked off 5 times during the almost 1.5 hour journey to see if I wanted to buy something. The train was very dirty. None of the train staff thought it necessary to take away any of the rubbish that the ladies had previously sold to the passengers. I did not visit the toilets. I will definitely take the car for spontaneous trips in the future. The price-performance ratio was absolutely not right.

This was my outward journey in second class and I can only pass it on as everything worked out. My train arrived on time and I was greeted very politely by nice staff. The wifi was very good despite many users. I ordered some food and it arrived very quickly, it was very fresh and tasty. The toilets were very clean. I had several power sockets at my seat. This ride was great and the atmosphere was great and what is also not to forget is the great price.

The facilities on the train were very good. I had good wifi throughout and a power socket. The seats were very comfortable and the volume was pleasant. The food was not so good. The staff were nice and friendly and I did not have a reservation option. The information was all given to me. The toilets were also clean and I could use them normally. I think it's a pity that the train was a bit late. That's why I almost missed my appointment. I didn't have to change trains and the price-performance ratio wasn't that good. But I still recommend the ticket because it was nice and comfortable.

I was in 2nd class and this was my outward journey. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was very tasty. You could take packed lunches if you didn't manage to eat it all on the train. The train looked very nice. The temperature on the train was very pleasant. I liked the internet as I could still work on the laptop. This trip gets 5 stars from me and I would definitely recommend it.

I found the journey itself very pleasant. The loo was great to use, it wasn't dirty and didn't stink either. The train itself was also very clean. Power sockets were available, wifi was not. The ticket inspection was also straightforward. The only thing to criticise is that we arrived 20 minutes late and missed our connecting bus.

I can recommend this journey. There is only one negative thing, and that is the slight delay. Otherwise everything was wonderful. It was cold that day, but it was warm on the train as the heaters were on. The view from the window during the journey was very nice. The prices on the menu were fair. The staff did a good job. I ordered a croissant and a coffee. Both arrived quickly, were fresh and delicious. My seat was very comfortable. The whole train was clean.

I travelled second class and am quite satisfied. I watched Netflix during the journey and was able to charge my mobile phone using a power socket. The train was well cleaned and the toilet was also good by train standards. We were on time. The only thing to criticise is that the conductor was very unfriendly. Our "neighbours" didn't find their ticket straight away and were immediately snapped at.

The wifi and sockets worked without any problems. However, the wifi was a little underpowered and could be expanded. The seats and floor were clean and the noise level on the train was low. The gastronomic offer in the ICE was available. The toilets were quite clean. However, they could have been a little cleaner. As usual, the connection with the ICE was free of changes. The ICE was very punctual when it arrived at the main station in Hanover. The price of the ticket was reasonable, but still too high. As always, the journey was comfortable and relaxed.
