The carriages were spotless and the seats, tables and floor were immaculately cleaned as well as the toilets were always in an acceptable condition, which made the journey pleasant. Unfortunately, there was one small disappointment during the journey, the internet. The available wifi was weak and unstable. This made it difficult to use online services, especially if you wanted to work or talk. An improvement of the internet connection would be desirable to optimise the distance for business travellers and anyone who wants to be online during the journey. Overall, my train journey from Bielefeld to Berlin, was extremely pleasant and the positives far outweighed the limitation of the weak internet. The punctuality and cleanliness of the train make this connection a recommendable option for travellers between these cities. I am already looking forward to my next trip.

To get to Berlin, I took the train and there are many positive things to tell. So I found the facilities quite complete, there was a power socket at almost every seat and wifi was also available. The volume on the train was reasonable, but the seats were a bit uncomfortable. I also have to criticise that one of the staff seemed as if he didn't want to help me and I found that quite unappealing. The hygiene was so mediocre because the seats were a bit dusty. The train arrived on time and the price-performance ratio is also very good. So all in all, a good trip.

The trains are clean, the staff are nice, the seats are comfortable and big enough, there are power sockets, there's wifi and, above all, it does a lot to protect the environment.
