Pros

Cons

This was a trip in 2nd class . I travelled with my wife and the journey was cool because the heaters were on and much more, which I will write about now. The first thing I want to mention is that there was nothing negative that I can think of, because the train ride was great. The wifi was so good that we could download everything and had no network problems. There was air conditioning , which had made sure we were warm and the heaters too. I had felt comfortable using the toilets. We had power sockets on our comfy seats and we can recommend the trip widely. The staff were very nice and set up dialogues with us and smiled at us as we got on.
Pros
IconOn time
Cons
IconPoor wifi
The train arrived on time at the main station in Berlin. We had a small delay during the journey, but this could be made up for. The train ride was very pleasant and none of the passengers noticed anything negative. The train driver was very nice. The men's toilets could be a little cleaner, but were fine.
Pros
Iconclean toilet
Cons
IconTrain was too late
It was a great train ride. My wifi was great and I had a comfy seat and multiple access to power. This was my outward journey, which was in Class 2. I rode at noon and was with one other person. Then I definitely want to mention that the toilets were very clean and there was a lot of attention paid to hygiene, but there is one star less because the train was unfortunately late. Otherwise, everything was great, so I can recommend it.
Pros
IconVery punctual
Cons
Iconno wifi
The train was definitely very punctual (partly reached stops earlier than scheduled and thus had time for a smoke break). The driver was very nice and entertaining with his announcements. Everything worked well with the seat reservations and the train was also clean. I also liked that the train was very clean and that they waited if you couldn't find your carriage straight away. Suitcases and other luggage can be stored well on top or under the seats and there is also space for bicycles or prams, which is definitely more convenient for longer journeys. The toilets were also fine and the seats were definitely comfortable for the 5 to 6 hour journey. There were enough power sockets, but unfortunately the wifi didn't work on this trip, which is already a minus point for me. All in all, however, it was a quick and pleasant journey!
Pros
IconSuper strong wifi
Cons
IconTrain was too late
This was my outward journey, I was with my wife in class 2. We travelled at midday, but unfortunately the train was delayed by 20 minutes. My wifi signal was great, super strong. The toilets were ultra clean and it was also cheap like the return journey. I can definitely recommend it because it was cheap and great.

It was a great, fast and pleasant journey from Berlin to Düsseldorf. I travelled in 2nd class with my wife. That was my outward journey. We had a cool atmosphere because the staff were ultra cool and nice. The service was great. It was very cheap, so I can also recommend it. It was very hygienic, the toilets were clean and the price was awesome. We can only recommend it.

Cons
IconTrain was too late
It was a great ride and it was very cheap. I can recommend it as it was super cheap, as my seat had a massage function, which was really awesome. Unfortunately, the train was late. The staff were very friendly. Besides, this was my outward journey. The toilets were very clean. My wifi was great. The massage function was really great. I can recommend it lovingly as the service was top notch. The heaters worked very well. Also, the value for money was great. Great ride and fast ride.
Pros
IconNice staff, clean toilets, good service
Cons
IconTrain was too late
That was a really cool trip. Unfortunately, the train was late. The staff were very friendly and looked after me at all times. The food was super tasty, I had ordered a jam sandwich with a tea, it was also relatively fresh. The seats were very comfortable and the wifi was also good. When I used the toilets, I felt comfortable. I can definitely recommend it. We didn't have to change trains. It's also great value for money!
Pros
Icongreat food, nice staff, clean toilets
Cons
Iconthe delay of the train
This trip from Berlin to Düsseldorf in 2nd class was a great ride. However, there is also a small negative side, namely that the train was delayed by 12-15 minutes, but that's not bad, as the journey is a compensation in any case. The first thing I want to mention is that the food was really delicious. I ordered a croissant with tea, which was delivered very fresh. They also paid a lot of attention to hygiene and the toilets were very clean. I also went with my wife. She is also very satisfied. I can recommend it because it was very cheap for 2 people.
Pros
IconNice staff, pleasant ride, delicious food
Cons
IconNo internet, train was late
I am very satisfied with the train journey, except for the delay of the train and the wifi use. I had a reclining seat in first class, which was very comfortable, but unfortunately there was no wifi on the train. The train was also a little dirty, but then a very nice employee cleaned it up. Unfortunately, the train was 20 minutes late. Nevertheless, I can recommend it to everyone because it was very clean. The toilets were clean and the service was great. My food was very tasty, my tea was also very tasty. I can recommend it. Super value for money. A very nice staff member.
Pros
IconGood equipment: wifi and sockets
IconEverything was very clean
IconThe seats were very comfortable
Cons
IconThe staff was unfortunately unfriendly and never smiled
IconThe train journey was very long
IconVery high costs
My train journey from Berlin to Düsseldorf was satisfactory overall. The cleanliness of the train and the comfort of the comfortable seats were particularly positive. The neat surroundings definitely contributed to a pleasant travelling experience. The ability to use wifi and power sockets allowed me to work productively and keep my devices charged. Unfortunately, there were also some negative aspects. The staff on board seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which detracted from the customer service. I found the journey time to be a little long and a faster connection would have made the journey more enjoyable. Another disadvantage was the high cost of the train ticket. Compared to other modes of transport, the prices seemed above average to me, which detracted from the overall value for money. Despite these weaknesses, I was able to enjoy the journey for the most part due to the cleanliness, comfortable seats and useful facilities. Improvements in customer service and possibly more attractive ticket prices would certainly make the train journey from Berlin to Düsseldorf even more recommendable.
Pros

IconGood food
IconPunctuality
This trip gets full marks because I liked everything about it. The staff were really friendly and pleasant. I was greeted nicely even before boarding. My seat was comfortable and I had power sockets at my seat. The food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. It was clean not only in the toilets, but throughout the train. I arrived on time. A journey worth recommending.
Pros
IconVery clean
IconNice service
IconModern equipment
IconFair price-performance ratio
Cons
IconLimited selection of snacks
IconLoud family
My train journey from Berlin to Düsseldorf was quite pleasant. The amenities on offer did not disappoint me. The equipment was really modern, there were both power sockets and wifi at my seat. The comfort was also quite good, I had a comfortable seat and plenty of legroom. The only annoying thing was that a large family two seats away was quite loud and therefore disturbed the comfort. The service was also very friendly, nice and courteous, but there was only a limited selection of snacks on board. The cleanliness was excellent throughout the train and the train arrived on time. I would say that the price-performance ratio was therefore very fair, as the train or the train provider was not responsible for the noisy large family. I would therefore recommend the train journey to others.

Cons
IconFood
It was a very pleasant and comfortable journey. The seats are very comfortable, the staff very polite. The food is very expensive, but still delicious. I can recommend this train journey to anyone who is often travelling on business, as it is very fast and delays are often non-existent
Pros
IconPleasant journey

A very pleasant journey, I am satisfied! The train was very quiet, which was a great advantage as I was able to sleep a bit. The seats were also very comfortable and I had plenty of legroom. The hygiene was very good and the toilets were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But my favourite thing was the value for money, which is best if you book early. I can only recommend it.
