My best friend recently just got this phone and it's a big success, I have the older version, LG KS360 and I'm used to working it and I find the GW520 really difficult to operate and the screen angles are really wonky and difficult to follow but the fact that it's a touch screen and also has a qwerty keyboard makes it very attractive look wise. It looks really nice but is really awkward to use.
