I have had a Diamond since they launched in the UK. It replaced my Tytn2. Orginally, I thought it would be difficult losing the qwerty keyboard but the trade off in terms of size and weight, combined with the usable onscreen qwerty keyboards make it very usable.Anyone coming from a candybar phone (with a phone keypad) will find it tough - but the same is true with any touschscreen phone.
