hey Guys,

which phone has the best GPS navigation system betweem Nokia N96 and Samsung Omnia? Moreover, is Nokia Maps a free service once u download it?

In terms of signal strength between the 2 phones I can't really help you I'm afraid. Does anyone have any experience with the strength of both phones?

For maps obviously the N96 will have it already. You can get Nokia maps for the Omnia if you want as well as it's windows mobile. Just go to http://europe.nokia.com/A4997093. You might have to pay now though. When I did it a while back it was free.

I was shown Co-pilot the other day too which is pretty cool if you want to use it in your car. It's not cheap but it definitely feels like the best solution out there. http://www.alk.eu.com/copilot/default.asp You can pretty much use it on any phone with GPS.
